Elliana loves her books. She loves to look through them by herself, or for someone to read them to her. She is really good at turning the pages, and usually pretty good at sitting and listening. She loves to lift the little flaps on her "peek-a-boo" books (and to rip the flaps off sometimes too.) Here she is after finding a book she wants to read...

Toy Corner

We keep most of Elliana's toys in one corner of the livingroom. It must be her favorite place in the house. She loves to take every book out of the book basket, then most of the toys out of the toy basket. Only then can she decide which toy or book she wants to spend most of her time on. Big Girl Seat!

Elliana officially graduated to the big girl car seat this past weekend. She is absolutely loving it. She gets to sit forward, look at Mommy and Daddy, look out the windshield or just see what's going on in the front.

Elliana got on the ice at the rink for the first time this weekend at Marissa and Michaela's birthday party. She got to "skate" around with Daddy and had a great time out there. Next year, it will be with blades on her feet!
