Another Video

Here is video proof that the little girl actually loves her creepy googley-eyed animal friends on her crib mobile. I couldn't help but laugh when she sneezed, it was pretty cute!

The quality of the videos isn't great because they have to be compressed for upload, I am going to do a bit more research to find out the best way to post them.

Roll Over Beethoven!

We got ourselves an awesome HD video camera, figured I would test out posting my first short video of the little girl on the blog. Perfect timing, because she rolled over for the first time yesterday, and I caught it on camera!

A Perfect Day at Good Harbor

We had a great day at Good Harbor Beach on Saturday. We stayed until 5pm and it was still beautiful when we left. The water was great, some nice waves rolled in, and the little lovie slept much of the day away. We did manage to wake her up and get some pictures though!

All dressed up for the Sox-Yankees series this weekend!

Elliana loves playing with Grandma and getting kisses from her too!

Pictures!

In the first two shots you should be able to make out the tooth on the bottom right side of her mouth (click the pictures to see a bigger version). The other pictures are her having fun with tummy time and ready for a walk with Mommy. She loves to face forward in the front pack now, so she doesn't miss anything that is going on in the world. Nosey little girl!

A Tooth Already?!?!

Our little lovie is only three months old, but she got her first tooth this past weekend. It is her lower left front tooth, and she is always feeling it with her tongue, and trying to figure out what is going on with her changing mouth. I haven't been able to catch a good picture of it yet, but I will keep trying.
Elliana had a great time with Uncle Dwight, Auntie Daleen, and cousins Kavan, DW, and Trevor over from California these past couple weeks (along with the rest of the family of course!). Even in the toughest of times in losing Bill, the family was able to be together a lot, for laughs, tears, and comfort. Lots of cookouts, a few beach days, and company seemed to help in the healing process, and Bill will always be in our hearts...
Some more pictures
Who is happier than this little girl?

With Cousin Kavan and Mommy...

Peeking out from behind Auntie Nadine's shoulder, just checking things out...

All of the Grandkids (and one greatgranddaughter)

3 Months Old!

Wow, Elliana is 3 months old today! I can't believe it has been that long, she is getting so big. She is really funny now, coos and laughs all the time, smiles when she sees you, loves to look around at everything when you are holding her.
If you know my dad, you know why he'll love this picture. Just three months old and already giving the thumbs up, IN HER SLEEP!

With cousin Jessica...

Watching her Baby Beethoven DVD, she loves the bright colors and music.

Cute and funny faces all the time now!

She loves to pull on your hands to sit herself up...

A Very Special Grampy

Kristen's Grampy (and Elliana's Great-Grampy) passed away this weekend. Dwight Johnson, known to most as "Bill," loved his grandchildren and Elliana very much. Grampy finally lost his long battle with cancer, and he will be missed by all of us. Here are some pictures of him and our little girl together.

Fiesta

Elliana had her first St. Peter's Fiesta this past weekend. We had a nice time at the seine boat races and the greasy pole, and seeing everyone in the Mathews' Yard was fun.
Here she is dressed up Saturday
She was pretty tuckered out in her Sunday whites after a long weekend!

But she was happy again at night, when she got to see her 'friends' hanging above her in the bassinet. She has a black and white cow that she absolutely loves, and that is the one she is smiling at in this picture.
